   • Account info (email, name) via Google or Apple Sign In
   • Photos and notes you create within the app
   • Device info for crash reporting
2. How We Use Your Data
   • To provide and sync your notebooks across devices via Firebase
   • To process in-app purchases via RevenueCat
   • We do NOT sell your data to third parties

3. Data Storage Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. Photos are stored in Firebase Storage and are only accessible by you.

4. Third-Party Services
   • Firebase (Google) — authentication & storage
   • RevenueCat — subscription management
   • Google Sign In / Apple Sign In — authentication

5. Data Deletion You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account.

6. Children PicNotes is not directed to children under 13.
